The week in brief
30 Cardiff bars and restaurants took part, and every one poured a signature cocktail made for the week. Rum was the most used spirit, in 10 of the signature cocktails. 29 venues also made a signature mocktail.
After the week we asked wristband holders which bars they loved most. The Bootlegger, The Ivy Asia and Flight Club came out on top.
