Clancys surprised me - I thought it was very well setup for the event and the cocktail, food there was great.
The week in brief
26 Cork bars and restaurants took part, and every one poured a signature cocktail made for the week. Vodka was the most used spirit, in 5 of the signature cocktails. Every venue also made a signature mocktail.
After the week we asked wristband holders which bars they loved most. Clancy's Cork, The Raven Bar and Paladar came out on top.
