Signature cocktail: Last Light
The Municipal hotel was beautiful and somewhere we probably would never have tried otherwise. The drinks and service were great and we’ll probably return.
The week in brief
48 Liverpool bars and restaurants took part, and every one poured a signature cocktail made for the week. Vodka was the most used spirit, in 17 of the signature cocktails. 38 venues also made a signature mocktail.
After the week we asked wristband holders which bars they loved most. The Municipal Hotel & Spa, The One O'Clock Gun and Gaucho came out on top.

Gaucho - they were incredibly welcoming, and especially when we returned having been turned away from another venue.

Hawksmoor. We didn't know it existed and yet it is a fabulous place which we ate at during the weekend. There were many other great (new to use) places also.

We were delighted to have been involved in Liverpool Cocktail Week for the past few years. It's been truly fantastic to see the city come alive, with everyone showing such amazing support for the local bars and the city's incredible hospitality scene
Cocktail week really increased our footfall and therefore increased awareness of our bars in person and our social presence.
Liverpool has always been the best city for night life and culture , to have an event like cocktail of the week , this brings people to all corners of Liverpool to new bars or restraints' that they would never see or heard off .
Loved to see many new faces visit our business and trying out our signature drinks. It’s events like this that remind us how much collaboration and local support can elevate the whole industry
It was fantastic to see so many new faces visit our venue and try our cocktails. It was also amazing for our team to get out and explore other bars they might not usually visit, trying new cocktails, sharing ideas, and getting inspired. Experiences like this make everyone better!
