The Botanist - the cocktail was delicious, the atmosphere was lively and buzzing (loved the live music) and the interior looked really classy and inviting.
The week in brief
35 Sunderland bars and restaurants took part, and every one poured a signature cocktail made for the week. Vodka was the most used spirit, in 10 of the signature cocktails. 34 venues also made a signature mocktail.
