This gave the team another chance to be creative and also work collaboratively with the wider bar community of Inverness. The staff and our customers thoroughly enjoyed it.
Cocktail week helped us establish ourselves as a new cocktail bar in Inverness who can compete with the more well known dedicated cocktail bars. We showed what we can do and the cocktail lovers of Inverness seemed to really enjoy the offer we have at Soundbar.
We don't usually do cocktails here, as most locals would know! But it was great fun to try something new and provide a different offering at The Gellions for our punters, and to show Inverness how we can diversify behind the bar.
It was truly amazing to see Inverness so buzzing for cocktail week. So good to see locals out in good numbers and we can’t wait to see what next years event looks like
Cocktail week was an exciting new event encouraging city centre bars to make an effort and embrace something new- our reward was to see lots of new faces in our venues who will hopefully return- having seen all the great hospitality on offer.
