20 Inverness bars and restaurants took part, and every one poured a signature cocktail made for the week. Vodka was the most used spirit, in 9 of the signature cocktails. Every venue also made a signature mocktail.
After the week we asked wristband holders which bars they loved most. Perk Coffee & Doughnuts, Scotch & Rye and Encore Une Fois came out on top.
